Initiative

Ending the throwaway society

Every year in Germany, thousands of used wheelchairs, walkers, and care beds end up in basements — or worse, in the trash. Yet these aids are literally life-essential for many people in developing countries and conflict regions. An aid gathering dust here can change a life elsewhere.
